No financial details were officially disclosed but according to the press, Canon paid $90 million for BriefCam, a company Gideon co-founded in 2008 that provides video synopisis and machine learning solutions.

His investment track record includes the role of CEO of Capital Nature, a renewable energy incubator, and Venture Partner in Israel Seed Partners, a $250M early stage Israeli Venture Capital fund, as well as seed investments in early stage startups.
